These Terms govern your use of Human Design Blueprint (the “Service”), operated by Symple Marketing Pte Ltd (“we,” “us”). By using the Service or purchasing a Blueprint, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Service.
What the Service is
The Service calculates a Human Design chart from the birth details you provide and generates a personalized written report (the “Blueprint”) about how you might approach decisions, work, and business. A free summary is available; the full Blueprint is a one-time digital purchase.
Not professional advice
Human Design Blueprint is a framework for self-reflection, not a prediction and not professional advice. It is provided for personal and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for financial, legal, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the birth details you submit are your own or submitted with the relevant person’s permission.
Payment
The Blueprint is a one-time purchase of $47 USD, processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Your content and your report
You retain ownership of the birth details you submit. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your generated Blueprint for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or present the Blueprint or the underlying templates and prompts as your own product or service.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no automated scraping or abuse of the checkout or generation endpoints, no attempts to breach security or access orders that aren’t yours, and no use that violates applicable law. Your Blueprint is accessed by a private link — keep it confidential.
Accuracy
The Blueprint’s accuracy depends on the birth date, time, and location you enter. An incorrect birth time in particular can change the result. We compute the chart faithfully from what you provide but can’t verify that it’s correct.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time; material changes take effect when posted here with an updated date. We may suspend access in cases of abuse or non-payment.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
