We want you to feel the Blueprint was worth it. Because it’s a personalized digital product generated on demand, here’s how refunds work.
If something goes wrong on our end
If your Blueprint fails to generate, never arrives, or is incomplete due to a technical problem, we’ll fix it or refund you in full — just email us. This is on us, not you.
If you’re not satisfied
If you’ve read your Blueprint and feel it genuinely missed the mark, email support@hd-blueprint.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll make it right or refund the $47 USD purchase price. We may ask a quick question to understand what didn’t land so we can improve.
Wrong birth details
The Blueprint is computed from the birth date, time, and location you enter. If you entered the wrong details, contact us — we’ll regenerate it from the corrected information at no extra charge rather than charge you again.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. It can take a few business days for your bank to post the credit.
