This policy explains what Symple Marketing Pte Ltd collects when you use Human Design Blueprint, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to calculate your chart, generate your Blueprint, and deliver it.
What we collect
Birth details — the date, time, and timezone/location you enter, used to compute your Human Design chart. Order details — when you purchase, your email address and the name on your payment (from Stripe checkout), used to personalize and deliver your Blueprint. Payment — card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive a confirmation and a reference, not your full card number.
How we use it
To compute your chart, generate your personalized Blueprint, render the PDF, show it to you at your private link, and email you the link. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use your birth details for advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors that run the Service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and private file storage for your order and PDF), Anthropic (the AI model that writes your Blueprint from your chart), Resend (delivery email), and Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Analytics and cookies
We use Vercel’s privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages convert. It does not use cookies to identify you and does not build cross-site advertising profiles.
Retention
We keep your order, chart, and Blueprint so you can return to your link and so we can support you. You can ask us to delete your order and associated data at any time (see “Your choices”); we may retain limited payment records where required for tax and accounting.
Security
Your Blueprint is stored in a private bucket and served only through a short-lived signed link; your order is reachable only via an unguessable secret token. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@hd-blueprint.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.
Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their data.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
